We ship to anywhere in Canada and the continental United States. Once you place your order, your items will be selected, packed, and shipped usually within about 3 business days. From then delivery generally takes anywhere from 2 business days to 3 weeks, depending on where you live!
Shipping and handling fees will be added to your shopping cart before you checkout so you will know the cost up front. You can also view the shipping rates below.
Shipping Rates:
- Orders from $0.01 to $30.00 - add $12.50 for shipping and handling.
- Orders from $30.01 to $100.00 - add $9.99 for shipping and handling.
- Orders from $100.01 to $300.00 - add $19.99 for shipping and handling.
- Orders from $300.01 to $500.00 - add $39.99 for shipping and handling.
- Orders from $500.01 and up - add $59.99 for shipping and handling.
If you are only ordering a catalog, the shipping and handling is just $1.00
Occassionally, if an extra large item is ordered (ie. garden furniture), there will be an additional shipping charge added for that item. You can view this charge in your shopping cart, at checkout, if ordering online. If ordering from the catalog, you will be provided this amount with your order confirmation email.
Shipping rates are subject to change and if you are placing a large order (over $1000.00), please email us to see if you qualify for a special shipping rate.
Occassionally our warehouse either discontinues an item or is simply out of stock. If you order one of these items, we will notify you by email within 2 business days of you placing your order. In the event of an out of stock item, you will be given the choice to put the item on back order. This means that as soon as it comes back in stock, we will ship the item to you at no additional shipping cost. If you prefer to cancel a back ordered item, and also in the case of a discontinued product, we will issue you a refund for the affected item.
